Our breasts are deeply woven into our life story. They are symbols of nurturing and self-care, a soft place of comfort when we embrace another, a source of life when we breastfeed, a place of pleasure and intimacy, and an expression of our femininity.  This month, under the light of the waning gibbous moon, let's gather in circle to honor, nurture, and celebrate our breasts.

Many of us spent our younger years wishing they were bigger, smaller, or somehow different. Some carry joyful memories connected to our breasts, while others hold experiences of loss, illness, surgery, or the visible reminders of scars. Whatever your journey has been, this circle offers a gentle space to release old stories about your breasts and deepen your appreciation for all that they have carried, expressed, and given throughout your life.

Together, we will honor the unique relationship each of us has with our breasts as we embark on a safe, gentle meditative Journey to our Moons of Love ~ Sacred Breasts. Through reflection and inner exploration, you may discover a deeper wisdom, tenderness, and connection than you ever imagined possible.

This circle warmly welcomes anyone who has breasts or has had breast surgery, including mastectomy, reconstruction, or augmentation.

This month’s circle includes:

🌀 creating sacred space together

🌀 a gentle drum cleanse

🌀 a guided meditative Journey to commune with your Moons of Love

🌀 time for personal reflection, journaling, and sharing

🌀 a  water ceremony
