Our womb is an energetic space within that invites us into presence, deep listening, and remembrance of who we are at our core as a woman and creatrix. Our womb is the center of our feminine power and intuition.

Under October's Hunter Moon, I invite you to join me to honor and reconnect with a part of yourself that may have been neglected, ignored, or forgotten. Together, we’ll open a compassionate conversation with the Energetic Cauldron of Your Womb—inviting healing, connection, and a renewed recognition of the sacredness of our own bodies. Whether you have a physical womb or not, whether you are in menopause and no longer think of your womb as an active part of you … she is still a powerful source of life itself.

In the Celtic tradition, the cauldron is a powerful symbol of transformation, rebirth, and inspiration. The womb as a spiritual cauldron is a potent, sacred space within where creative energy and truth reside. This is not limited to physical childbearing, but also creative potential.

Your womb is the center of your creative energy. She holds the power—both literal and symbolic—to bring forth new life, new ideas, and new possibilities. Yet in the rush of daily life, we often forget the significance of our bodies and the profound purpose and wisdom they carry. As women, we hold this sacred space within us, this vessel of creation, intuition, and deep knowing.

In this month's theme you have a unique opportunity to experience a journey (a guided deep meditation) to honor and connect with your energetic womb. Together we will travel in our mind’s eye to the energy of the physical symbol of our womanhood - our wombs. What messages does this ‘inner cauldron’ hold for you? Since this is an energetic journey and connection, this is for all women — no physical womb necessary.

This month’s circle includes:

🌀 time for personal reflection, journaling, and sharing

🌀 a water ceremony to release and welcome new perspectives about your womb

Please have a journal and pen available. You might also like a shawl or blanket to cover yourself and an eye mask as we journey.

NOVEMBER: Highland Breeze Moon Mná Celtic Women's Circle

Crone Rites of the Cailleach

Online ONLY (via Zoom)
Wednesday, November 11th

6:30-9 pm CST

Join me in our Moon Mná circle this month to receive your own rite of passage to the crone/older wise woman aspect of yourself in the presence of like-hearted women. With these rites you may embrace the crone aspect of yourself no matter what stage of womanhood you currently may be. This will ease your passage to elderhood when your time comes; or you may wish to honor the lineage of women in your heritage who were never welcomed into elderhood and celebrated for the wise women they were.

In the Celtic world, the ‘Turning of the Medicine Wheel’ is another way of saying ‘changing from one season to another.’ For each season a different goddess archetype or consciousness is more available and present for us. As the year has now turned to the winter, the dark time, the goddess who steps forth to guide us and share her wisdom is an Cailleach!

An Cailleach (Gaelic for ‘Crone') is the wise old woman often referred to as the Hag or Grandmother. She is the last of the triple female forms (maiden, mother and crone), so she has much life experience to share. When she comes to guide us in our intuition, journeys, or dreams, her words are usually very direct and straight to the point, but always from a loving and compassionate place. She is a powerful presence and a formidable energy indeed.

Even if you have received these rites before, you are welcome to deepen into them even more. The Cailleach has much wisdom for those ready to hear it.
